Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ruby came to Toronto as a young teen and grew up in North York and Scarborough before moving to Burlington, where she has resided for more than two decades. She attended University of Toronto where she studied English Literature and French Linguistics—and met her husband of nearly 30 years.
Ruby has experience in a broad range of real estate transactions in the Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster and Greater Toronto regions, with a specialty in guiding first-time (and veteran) homebuyers. “I consider myself a home matchmaker,” says Ruby. “No two homes are alike as they all carry the homeowners’ personality. I always make sure to get to know my clients and help them enjoy the buying or selling process as much as possible. That means I handle all the details. Prior to real estate, Ruby spent 28 years with Air Canada as a Service Director—expertly honing her elite customer service skills, eye for detail and talent for quick, smart problem-solving.
In her spare time, Ruby supports the Halton Women’s Place, Langar Seva’s meal and support services and The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Ruby is also an avid soccer fan—her husband has served as a coach and her three daughters have all spent time on the field. She also enjoys hiking and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers with her family, which includes her beloved dog, Striker.
